McColl Award Info Session
Mint Museum Randolph

ASC invites Mecklenburg County-based nonprofits and creative individuals to apply for the McColl Award.

Through this award, the Arts & Science Council seeks to:

  • Commission new creative works.
  • Inspire creative thinking in the presentation of creative product. Areas could include a unique approach to presenting programming or scientific/historical research projects resulting in exhibitions and/or publications.
  • Increase awareness, recognize excellence and build a greater appreciation for the creative process among the Charlotte-Mecklenburg community.

$25,000 will be awarded to one (1) project.

This workshop will be an opportunity to connect with ASC staff and past McColl Award recipients to learn about the application process. Guidelines for the McColl Award are currently being updated. The timeline, guidelines and eligibility requirements will be provided to all who register for the event prior to the workshop.

Let us know if you need an ADA accommodation when you register (ASL, Large Print, etc).
